Upon taking the first step to the rest of your life and initiating a phone call to schedule with a therapist, we will guide you in determining what form of counseling you feel is right for you right now.  Our goal is to support individuals in supporting and caring for themselves.  

Family Therapy:

We will utilize and build upon each family's unique strengths to manage stressors and decrease conflict while strengthening the family bond. With the guidance of our Psychotherapists, families will develop the skills to effectively manage:

Family Counseling Mediation:

The Family Counseling Mediation model involves the participation of a therapist during the mediation / divorce process to assist the couples in gaining resolution, while navigating the dissolution of a marriage, as well as to establish cooperative parenting strategies.

Individual Therapy

There are times when the trials of life are too much for one person to handle alone, and an objective, professional's help is needed.  Our therapists work one on one with individuals, establishing a strong bond while assisting work through personal struggles, including:

Group Therapy:
Groups are facilitated by a psychotherapist and encourage members to openly express feelings, share experiences, provide support and offer feedback between members. It is a safe environment in which members work to establish a level of trust that allows them to talk personally and honestly. Group members make a commitment to the group and are instructed that the content of the group sessions are confidential. Types of groups include:
